How we moderate content
Every cruise company and every entertainer is checked by our team before they can book or be booked. Phone numbers and e-mail addresses are removed automatically from texts and messages; uploaded files are checked for their real type. All other decisions — approving, asking for changes, removing content, suspending accounts — are taken by people, following the Terms and Conditions (section 9). When we restrict content or an account, we tell the user which measure we took and why.
How results are ordered
Acts are shown only to approved cruise companies and only for the rivers the act performs on. Results are filtered by what the user chooses (river, place, date, category, genre, price) and ordered alphabetically by name, or by lowest price if the user chooses so. We do not use paid placement, profiling or personalised recommendations, and there is no hidden ranking.
Reports and complaints
Anyone can report content they believe is illegal or breaches our rules, and users can object to our decisions, through the reporting and complaint form. We confirm receipt, assess each report carefully and explain our decision.
Last 12 months: 0 reports and complaints received, 0 led to action, 0 required no action.
