Cruise Talent Network (CTN) was founded by industry professionals with extensive experience across the river cruise, ocean cruise and entertainment sectors.
Our team brings together seasoned performers and entertainers with experienced ship operations and cruise management professionals. By combining these perspectives, we identified a common challenge: although the cruise and entertainment industries have become increasingly professional and international, many booking and administrative processes still depend on fragmented systems, manual communication and time-consuming workflows.

Our mission is to deliver a modern, efficient and transparent technology platform that simplifies how entertainment is sourced, booked, planned and administered within the cruise industry.

CTN has been developed from practical industry experience and with a clear understanding of the operational needs of both cruise operators and independent entertainers.
For cruise operators, CTN provides a centralized digital environment for managing entertainment bookings, entertainer information and schedules. Structured planning tools, clear overviews and streamlined workflows help reduce administrative effort, improve visibility and support more efficient coordination across ships and itineraries.
For independent entertainers, CTN provides professional booking infrastructure without requiring them to give up their independence. Entertainers can manage bookings, schedules and related administration through one clear digital workflow, helping them present themselves professionally, respond efficiently and maintain better control over their engagements.
Many professional entertainers choose to work independently and have expressed a preference not to engage a traditional artist manager or booking agency, particularly because of the additional costs often associated with agency representation.
Cruise Talent Network offers a technology-driven alternative: the tools and structure of a professional booking operation without the traditional agency model.
Technology, Not Representation
Cruise Talent Network is a technology platform — not a booking agency, artist manager or intermediary.
CTN provides the digital infrastructure that enables cruise operators and entertainers to connect, organize bookings and manage the associated workflows more efficiently.
The platform does not make booking decisions, select entertainers on behalf of cruise operators or determine which parties enter into an agreement. Those decisions remain entirely with the participating parties.
This gives cruise operators greater control over their entertainment choices while allowing entertainers to maintain their independence and direct professional relationships.
Payments for entertainment services do not pass through CTN. Financial transactions relating to the actual entertainment booking are handled directly between the cooperating parties in accordance with their individual agreements.
CTN provides the technology and services that support the process and charges a transparent platform fee for their use. These fees are invoiced monthly.
A New Approach to Booking Economics
We believe professional booking infrastructure should be accessible without creating unnecessary financial barriers for independent entertainers or cruise operators.
For this reason, Cruise Talent Network operates with a small, transparent fee per confirmed booking, rather than the higher commission structures commonly associated with traditional agencies.
The CTN booking fee is:
- €20 per confirmed booking for the entertainer
- €20 per confirmed booking for the cruise operator / booker
Amounts excl. VAT, for bookings made today.
These fees contribute to the continued development, maintenance and operation of the platform while keeping access to professional booking technology highly affordable.
For entertainers, this means access to professional booking tools without the ongoing commission structure of a traditional agency. For cruise operators, it means an efficient booking and administration solution without unnecessary intermediary costs.
All applicable CTN service fees are consolidated and invoiced on a monthly basis.
