Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use CruiseTalentNetwork.com, including people with a disability. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What we do
- Pages are built with standard HTML: headings, lists, tables with headers and form fields with labels, so screen readers can follow them.
- All functions can be used with the keyboard; focus is visible.
- Pages work without JavaScript, except the schematic maps, which have a text alternative (the list of stops with dates and times).
- Text can be enlarged to 200% and pages adapt to small screens.
- Colours were chosen for sufficient contrast; status is never shown by colour alone, but always with a word as well.
- Error messages explain what is wrong and how to fix it.
Known limitations
- The schematic river maps are visual. All their information (stops, dates, times, bookings) is also available as text on the same page.
- Videos on act pages are provided by entertainers through YouTube; we cannot guarantee captions.
- Invoices and agreements can be saved as PDF through the browser’s print function; those PDFs are not separately optimised for screen readers.
Status
This statement is based on our own checks. The platform has not yet been audited by an independent party; we plan to do so. CTN is a business-to-business service.
